These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PolyPay platform, including any associated websites, APIs, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
"PolyPay" means PolyPay FZC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates under applicable Free Zone regulations.
"User" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
"Merchant" means a User registered to accept payments through the Platform.
"Consumer" means a User who makes payments or uses services through the Platform.
"Service" includes payment processing, POS terminal, loyalty tokens, tourist wallet, trade finance, and credit scoring.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Platform, you represent that you are not on any UAE or international sanctions list and that you are not located in a restricted jurisdiction.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
PolyPay is regulated under CBUAE Payment Token Services Regulation (PTSR). All Users must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before using the Platform. We reserve the right to:
Payments are settled in USDC (USD Coin) on the Polygon blockchain. Fiat conversions (AED to USDC and vice versa) are provided at prevailing market rates. PolyPay is not a bank; we facilitate peer-to-peer and merchant-to-consumer transfers using stablecoins. Transaction fees are disclosed at the point of payment and may vary based on volume and service type.
You agree not to use the Platform for:
PolyPay charges transaction fees as disclosed on the Platform. Fees are deducted from the settlement amount. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice. Merchant accounts may be subject to additional monthly or volume-based fees.
All content on the Platform, including trademarks "PolyPay", the logo, and software, is owned by PolyPay FZC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, PolyPay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), seated in Dubai, UAE. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms, regulatory non-compliance, or suspected illegal activity. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and pending transactions settled within applicable timelines.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
